While on holiday in September 2024, our water tank burst causing quite a lot of damage to our house. We had been given Jordan Freel's name as an independent assesor, employed by PCLA. We unfortunately had a mains water leak beneath our house floor. This caused extensive damage. We handed over dealing with the claim to Declan.
This removed stress from us and thanks to Declan we received a substantial insurance settlement which will cover repairs and redecoration.
I have no doubt that without his independent assessment of the damage and efforts on our behalf, the insurers would not have been as generous.
In short if you need to claim on house insurance get an independent loss accessor - get Declan.
