Best thing I did was to call PCLA after a contractor badly damaged my house. Having never had experience of claiming from a public liability policy before the whole experience seemed daunting and had the potential to get short changed as you are relying on the insurance loss adjuster to keep you right. However Greg from PCLA was on it from the get go and tirelessly fought my corner. The end result was a great settlement figure I have no doubt I wouldn't have been able to achieve on my own. Excellent all round.
