Declan from PCLA was brilliant throughout. We had an issue with storm damage, he came within a numbers of days to inspect and then the following week with the insurer. Within 24hrs we had a settlement!

Declan and his team were/are lovely people to deal with. From the moment he arrived at our address there was an air of confidence about him that put us at ease straight away. He explained everything in detail so that we knew exactly what was going to happen, and although proceedings after that took a little longer than I expected, it was because he was fighting our case and eventually achieved a result that everyone is happy with.
If ever we are unfortunate enough to have another emergency involving our house insurance, his will be the first number I will call.
